At Apple BMW, our Service Department is prepared to meet all of your service needs. We handle warranty work, factory recalls, all types of repairs, and preventative maintenance work including oil changes, state inspections, emission inspections, tire installation, battery replacement, brake pads and rotors replacement just to name a few. Our BMW certified technicians follow the BMW Maintenance Service Schedule to ensure the ultimate performance and preservation of your vehicle.

 

When you come to Apple BMW, feel confident that you are being served by Service Advisors and technicians with decades of combined experience. We strive to provide the highest quality work in the most efficient manner possible.

 

The Apple BMW Service Department is adequately staffed, so you don’t have to wait. We also provide scheduled complimentry loaner vehicles as well as valet service.  All of our technicians receive ongoing training and education through BMW USA and corporate training programs.

 

To check on the status of your repair, contact the Service Receptionist at (717) 849-6661. You can also schedule a service appointment online. We offer the convenience of late drop-off service for after business hours. You can take advantage of our free Service Shuttle System to transport you to work, home, or a local destination when servicing your vehicle at Apple BMW. Of course, if you prefer waiting for your vehicle, we have a comfortable, state-of-the-art waiting area, equipped with hot coffee, tea, magazines, a flat-screen TV, and vending machines!
